A Fairytale from the Voronezh Land Comes to Life!

This May 2026, at the AniMakers Animation Festival, discover Alconost: Bird of Happiness, a new animated short film by Voronezh Animation Studio, created with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.

Inspired by the fairy tales of Anna Baryshnikova, the story follows three brothers on a journey to find a magical bird with the power to bring happiness.

Starting June 13, the film will be released in cinemas across Russia as part of MULT in Cinema, Issue No. 196: Summer Tall Tales.
