"Arctic Heroes" to Have a Wide Theatrical Release in Turkey

On April 10, the animated film "Arctic Heroes" will be released in wide theatrical distribution in Turkey under the localized title "Kutup Kahramanları". The film will be distributed by Film Medya Produksiyon.

The project was created by Voronezh Studio with the support of Rosatom State Corporation and the Internet Development Institute (ANO IRI).

The advertising campaign was specially adapted for the Turkish family audience, with an emphasis on brave and talented child heroes, a touching story about saving a magical animal, as well as themes of friendship, mutual support, and family values.

Serdar Temeltaş, President of Film Medya Produksiyon:

“We have fully focused on the April 10 release. This weekend looks extremely favorable for the project: ‘Arctic Heroes’ is becoming the main animated event on Turkish screens and is attracting special attention from family audiences. We are already seeing strong interest from viewers, and major cinema chains have included the film in their schedules. A wide release on 203 screens across Turkey will allow us to reach a large audience in the first days. I am confident that the film will impress viewers with its exciting story about science, technology, and especially its adorable characters and strong family values. We expect the film to become as beloved as the ‘Snow Queen’ franchise, which was very successful in Turkey, and that the audience will warmly welcome these new winter animated adventures from its creators.”

Vladimir Nikolaev, General Producer of Voronezh Studio:

“The film tells about universal life values — friendship, courage, and the importance of family — which resonate with audiences not only in Turkey but in other countries as well, confirming its strong distribution potential. It introduces viewers to the history and geography of the Russian North, the achievements of Soviet and modern Russian science in the nuclear and shipping industries, and creates new images of modern Russian heroes.”
